Ask targeted questions of IFC data

Query Studio is for finding model objects by data patterns rather than browsing every element manually. The inspected query engine supports criteria such as entity type, GlobalId, name, property set, property value, missing property, classification, storey, predefined type, type assignment, quantity and COBie-style signals.

The workflow is deterministic. It does not describe a cloud database or natural-language SQL engine; it describes reusable IFC queries over the model data available to the app.

Use Smart Views to see the result

Queries can identify matching objects and support visual review options such as property, class or spatial colouring where available. Smart Views make repeated checks easier when the same question needs to be asked across a model review.

Move between search and evidence

Parameter Dictionary helps explain a property or class before you query it. QA Reporter + Model Health can then place repeated missing data patterns into a wider quality conversation.
