Browsing this website

The supplied website has no advertising or analytics scripts. Search and filters run in your browser. We do not use cookies or local storage to save report drafts. The hosting provider may process connection and security information to deliver and protect the website.

Support requests

When you submit through the live support form, we use your email address and the information you choose to provide to investigate and respond. A private support database records the report and an email notification is sent to our Gmail support inbox. Your report is not published on a public issue board and you do not need an account.

If online submission is unavailable, the page prepares a report locally instead. Nothing is sent until you send the prepared email. Preparing, copying or saving a report does not create a server ticket.

Keep project files private

There is no IFC or attachment upload on this site. Do not include confidential model data, passwords, payment details or other people’s personal information. Only share a redacted screenshot by email if it is safe and relevant.

Service providers and abuse prevention

When the online form is enabled, Cloudflare provides hosting, private report storage, email delivery and Turnstile anti-abuse checks. Turnstile may process device and network signals. The application stores only a temporary keyed representation of the request’s IP address for rate limiting, not the raw address. Gmail receives the report notification so we can respond by email. These providers process information under their own service and privacy terms.

Retention and requests

The support service is configured to remove database report records after 90 days. Short-lived rate-limit records are removed separately. Email conversations may be kept longer to handle ongoing support. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of your support information. We do not use support submissions for marketing.

App Store, email and other external links open separate services. The official App Store badge may load from Apple if it has not been stored with the website assets.

Future services

Android, browser-based tools and subscription workspace sharing are separate roadmap services. They are not provided by this marketing website.
